Canada: MultiQ wins new lottery customer
The aim is to be able to offer a seamless gaming experience across all digital platforms and at stationary acceptance points. The interactive information displays are intended to give customers access to games, game tips, results and payouts. When the displays are not in use by customers, they show marketing content for various games and campaigns.
The Swedish MultiQ is a specialist in small-format touch displays, especially for lottery operators and in traditional retail such as IKEA.
“Player expectations for a modern gaming experience mean that the gaming market is now going through the same digital journey that we see in the rest of retail. With modern, innovative solutions, WCLC creates an attractive customer experience in the branches of its agents. Our partnership with Scientific Games opens up further market opportunities for us worldwide, ”says Henrik Esbjörnson, CEO of MultiQ.
