Emmanuel Macron announced; Sunday want to organize a summit at; Paris in 2023 to put in place “a new financial pact” with vulnerable countries, while COP27 in Egypt ended with mixed results.
“We need a new financial pact with the most vulnerable countries. I’ll work there with our partners towards a summit in Paris before the next COP” who must stand Dubaiï end of 2023, announced the French president on twitter.
