The majority of Russians (77 percent of respondents) are not satisfied with their current job due to low wages, reports TASS with a link to the poll of the Rabota.ru service.
At the moment, less than a quarter of Russians (23 percent) are satisfied with their work. Most often, job satisfaction was expressed by representatives of manufacturing and industry (17 percent), transport and logistics (11 percent), IT (nine percent), education (eight percent) and medicine (six percent).

Worldwide unemployment is hitting youth. How is Russia dealing with it?
At the same time, citizens most often mentioned dissatisfaction with work because of low salaries: 77 percent of respondents indicated this factor. Another 42 percent of those surveyed complained about the lack of career opportunities. Almost a quarter of Russians (24 percent) do not like the work schedule, and every fifth citizen (20 percent) dislikes the organization’s leadership.
According to the survey, 19 percent of Russians are dissatisfied with the tasks they perform in the course of work, 18 percent with lack of free time, 16 percent with lack of training, 14 percent with a social package, and 13 percent with the geolocation of work. At the same time, ten percent of citizens expressed a desire to have voluntary health insurance (VHI), and seven percent would like to establish relationships with colleagues.
The study was carried out in August this year in all Russian regions. More than five thousand people aged 18 and over took part in it.
Earlier, Russians chose the best age to leave work. According to every fifth respondent, it is necessary to stop working at the age of 55.
