Scientific Director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand in an interview with TASS called Muscovites the timing of the onset of Indian summer.
According to him, warm weather will return to the capital in the middle of next week. Already on Wednesday, September 8, the air temperature will surpass plus 15 degrees. On Thursday, September 9, it will get warmer up to plus 14-19 degrees.
“As cold weather as it is now, this is the forerunner of warming. It can be associated with Indian summer, warming will be very comfortable, ”said the forecaster.
Earlier, the head of the laboratory of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Lyudmila Parshina, said that the weather in September would not surprise Muscovites and would correspond to the climatic norm.
