“Cloudy weather with clearings is expected, light rain in places, wind of north-western points, dense, 4-9 meters per second. Therefore, it will seem that the temperature is a degree or two lower than it actually is. In Moscow today, plus 9-11, in the Moscow region – plus 7-12, this is the October cold. Now, in terms of the weather, we are ahead of the calendar by a whole month, ”he said in an interview with“RIA News“.
As the specialist specified, such weather is due to the rear part of the North Atlantic cyclone.
He added that atmospheric pressure will rise slightly and will be 751 millimeters of mercury.
