Last year, NetherRealm Studios surprised fans with the announcement of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimatefor the new generation of consoles. Via Twitter, the official account of Mortal Kombat confirmed that there will be no more characters DLC, and that his developer studio had already started working on his next project:
