Bungie had a little stream as part of Gamescom 2021, and it was here that they officially announced the next expansion for Destiny 2, which will be named The Witch Queen. In addition to all the new content revealed by its developers, a recent rumor suggests that the very master Chief would come to this loot-shooter.
According to a leak posted on Reddit, which shows the name of all the contents that have arrived and are about to arrive in Destiny 2, one of them would include a crossover with Halo and evidently the Master Chief.
Specifically, mention is made of a package called Bungie 30th Anniversary, which will include the magnum of Halo, new exotic missions, as well as weapons and armor as part of the celebrations of the history of Bungie.

Of course, it is best to take this information with reserve until it can be confirmed officially, however, it would be a very good addition that would help you Destiny 2 to recover many of its players who with the passage of time lost interest in the title.
