Tomorrow will be launching Sonic Colors Ultimate for Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, the game appears to be suffering from various glitches on the hybrid console of the Big N, to the point that the company itself will support you with the reimbursement process. Or well, so they say.
In case you weren’t aware, Sonic Colors Ultimate has numerous glitches and visual inconsistencies in his version of Switch, which completely break the user experience. Here you can see some examples.

As you could see, we are facing something more than a simple glitch; This is a bug that drastically affects the user experience. Given this, they report that Nintendo is making the returns process easier if you pre-purchased it from the eShop as they are aware of the problem.
Refunded Sonic Colors Ultimate on switch. If you plan on asking for a refund Nintendo actually is willing to give it since apparently they are aware of the issues now.
Please let this be known.
