SANCtION Youtuber’s videos can no longer host advertising

A decision made “for an indefinite period” YouTube announced Sunday having withdrawn any publicity on the channel of Norman Thavaud, French pioneer of the platform, accused of of rape. “We have decided; to demonetize Norman’s channel i.e. there are no more ads associated with Norman’s channel his channel and therefore more revenue,” Sunday at; AFP a spokesperson for YouTube, confirming press information.

“We consider sexual harassment, in all its forms, to be unacceptable. If inappropriate content is reported on YouTube, we remove the video and/or comments.
