This Friday, the five members of the Arauco-Malleco Coordinator (CAM), including Héctor Llaitul’s son, Pelantaro Llaitul, resolved to leave the room where they were staying in the Temuco prison and not attending the hearing -via Zoom- that was about to begin before the Lautaro Guarantee Court for two attacks that occurred in La Araucanía.
The decision of the detainees is based on their demand that the hearing in question be in person.
