SAO PAULO (Reuters) – The main Brazilian stock index started the week at a low, reflecting investors’ growing concern about the domestic political and fiscal scenario and after disappointing economic data from China.
At 11 am, the Ibovespa showed a fall of 1.44%, to 119,447.83 points, for the first time below 120 thousand points since May 12th. The financial turnover of the session was 8.37 billion reais.
