A little while ago on the official Instagram account of PlayStationItaly An interesting teaser story has appeared: it is a I invite you to sit back and wait for something to start (what is not specified), which should start shortly.
It could be a teaser dedicated to one State of Play, the event used by Sony for exclusive announcements, news, trailers and gameplay? Or will it be something different? From the Instagram account, in a comment under the published story, fans are invited to prepare the headphones to enjoy the show, but no further details are given about it.
Whatever it is, it is certain that it will happen soon. The image speaks clearly and leaves no doubts: the wait is about to end, and the PlayStation event in July subject of the teaser could be upon us.

The latest State of Play was broadcast on May 27 last, and gave expectant fans a gameplay video of the highly anticipated Horizon Forbidden West, PlayStation exclusive developed by Guerrilla Games.
The video showed unedited scenes, breathtaking scenarios, a more mature Aloy and graphics in full evolution, with very evident improvements compared to the predecessor title, Horizon: Zero Dawn.
In the State of Play of the April 29 last, however, the protagonist was Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, exclusive video game for PlayStation 5 which was shown a 15 minute gameplay video.
In the video published during the Sony event, the protagonist’s mobility was highlighted, able to shoot quickly and perform advanced combos of jumps and attacks.
On February 25, during a 30-minute State of Play, numerous and varied announcements were released, some of them unexpected, others concerning next-gen versions of particularly popular and successful titles.
State of Play is used by Sony for the main announcements. Counting theabsence of the company at E3 in Los Angeles since 2019, these events have become a very important window through which to show players, players and fans the news, the hottest announcements and the gameplay of the most anticipated and upcoming titles.
