Thus, the Civil Registry and Identification enabled a web page so that the debtor or debtor of maintenance and people benefited from them or their legal representative could consult their situations. However, due to an unusual error by the agency, the portal does not work.
The page, where you must enter the username and password, is an “intranet” for officials of the state entity and it is not used to carry out the respective queries of the National Registry of Alimony Debtors.

First web page linked to Chile Atiende
According to the information collected by BioBioChile.cl, when making inquiries through Chile Atiende, the description explains that the Debtors Registry “is electronic, and its objective is to coordinate various legal measures, in order to promote and guarantee compliance with the payment of alimony”.
Likewise, it maintains that “it will be of remote, free and immediate access, for any person with a legitimate interest in the consultation (the maintenance debtor; the claimant or their legal representative; the courts with jurisdiction in family matters and the persons or entities obliged to consult the registry)”.
Later To do this, you are invited to click on a link that redirects to a second web page.
Second portal enabled by the Civil Registry
In this new portal, it is detailed that the registry “contains all those people who owe three consecutive months or five discontinuous months of alimony, with a judicial resolution that so orders”. Here is left a “box” with a “Enter Here“, to proceed to make the queries in a new web page.
Third page does not work for the announced purposes
Finally, the alleged National Registry of Alimony Debtors (RNDPA) is reached -with this URL https://rndpa.srcei.cl/rndpa/#/- but when entering the username and password do not match, therefore it does not show the background information.
BioBioChile.cl consulted Communications of the Civil Registry and Identification Service (Srcei), where they confirmed that there was an error when linking the server with the consultation portal, leaving an “intranet” publicly accessible that only entity officials use.
Following inquiries from this medium, during the morning from the Srcei they corrected the error on the second page, now linking to “Online Certificates”. The third website is still enabled, but there is no longer a link from Chile Atende to access it.
Portal updated with the link to “Online Certificates”
Likewise, SRCei Communications explained that citizens interested in obtaining debtor records can enter through Online Civil Registry Certificates, go to the section “Backgrounds“ ;, where they can obtain the “General Food Debt Certificate”.
