Jolt is the new action movie coming out on Amazon Prime Video the July 23, 2021. The film is directed by Tanya Wexler and is written by Scott Wascha.
Tanya Wexler is a Chicago born and raised director known for directing Hysteria in 2011, presented at the Rome Film Festival where it garnered great acclaim from both critics and the public. The director is currently working on the film Tough Love.

The film boasts a brilliant cast, in fact it includes actors such as Stanley Tucci, winner of two Golden Globes, David Bradley, known for both his role as Filch in the Harry Potter saga and his portrayal of Walder Fray in the Iron Throne, and Laverne Cox, the first transgender person to receive an Emmy nomination.

Jolt: the plot
Linda keeps a bitter secret: for years he has suffered from a rare neurological disorder which causes her to have gods raptus murders that he can keep under control only by giving himself shook electric. Hence the title of the film.
The protagonist falls in love with a man, who is murdered shortly after. Unfortunately, the police identify Linda as the person in charge ofmurder due to his pathology. The woman is not there: suffering and full of anger she sets out in search of guilty.
