The Land Rover has a lot of different versions, with a lot of special variants in addition to different engines and different body variants. But the end is far from in sight, because the British off-road specialist still has a lot of plans for the chunky all-terrain vehicle.
In the short term we are talking about the Land Rover Defender 130 and a pick-up, in the longer term about a variation on the new Range Rover.
Mercedes EQG
The brand new MLA architecture that Land Rover is developing for the next generation of the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport would also serve as the basis for a new Defender model, which would be marketed as a slightly more spacious and much more luxurious alternative as a direct rival to the Mercedes G-Class.
