Rental bonus 2021: from 6 July, property owners who have renegotiated the rental contract can obtain a non-repayable contribution of up to 1,200 euros
From yesterday, July 6, it is possible to present for the 2021 rental bonus, which provides for a non-repayable grant to compensate for the reduction in revenues for property owners who have renegotiated the lease following the Covid-19 pandemic. The measure was introduced last December by the Refreshments Decree and should not be confused with the tax credit on the rent for professionals. 100 million euros have been allocated for the 2021 rental bonus but could become even more.
