Russia anticipates eliminate the age limit to enter the army, according to the agenda of the Duma – the lower house of the Russian Parliament – on Wednesday, in full offensive against Ukraine.
“The objective of the The bill is to eliminate the age limit for citizens who are of working age […] to which they have the right to close the first military service contract”, indicates the note in the The bill is explained.
According to the note, only citizens between the ages of 18 and 40 are currently authorizedto sign a first contract with the army. Foreign citizens can do it from 18 to 30 years old.
