Sergei Shoigu inspected the Russian troops in detail, shared with the soldiers and verified the operation of the supply chain and medical care of the deployed soldiers.
The Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, arrived at the battlefront in Ukraine to share with his troops and assess the course of the war.
“Shoigu flew over the troop emplacement areas and inspected the positions of Russian units in the area of the special military operation,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Shoigu shared with the soldiers deployed on the ground and thanked them for the “exemplary” fulfillment of his mission. In addition, he listened to the reports of the commanders about the situation on the ground and the actions of the Russian troops on the different flanks.

The minister “gave special attention” to the organization of supplies for the troops, the living conditions and also the work of the medical services and the rearguard, added the government note.
