The conditions for issuing a preferential mortgage for the purchase of apartments in new buildings have changed since July 1, 2021. The loan rate is now 7 percent, the maximum loan amount is 3 million rubles for all regions. Until now, mortgages under the preferential program were offered at 6.5 percent, the maximum amount for Moscow and St. Petersburg was 12 million rubles, for other regions – 8 million rubles.
