King Felipe VI and the head of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, will participate next Wednesday in the 27th edition of the Summit, which marks the premiere of Andorra as the host of the Ibero-American forum, and will be held for the first time in a blended way due to the pandemic, so the bulk of the leaders will intervene electronically.
