The novel written by Adam Christopher sets 17 years after Episode VI, the same year as Rey’s arrival on Jakku. A novel that will provide details
Expected at the end of June in bookstores, Star Wars: Shadow of the Sith will feature the haunted Jedi Master Luke Skywalker; by visions from the side dark and feels a disturbance in the Force. Ever since Rey appeared in the Star Wars saga in The Force Awakens, there have been many questions surrounding her origins. The episode revealed to us that she had been abandoned by her parents. However, The Last Jedi clarified for us; that the parents of the young woman were only “dirty junk dealers” for finally revealing to us in The Rise of Skywalker that Rey is none other than Palpatine’s granddaughter.

While audiences got to see the face of Rey’s mother and father in The Rise of Skywalker, until now we did not know their first names. But today, thanks to; a new excerpt from the novel Shadow of the Sith, their identity; has just been revealed.
Released; on the site USA Today (which you can read here in original version), we learn that the parents of the young woman are called Dathan and Miramir. That’s it! which responds to this question mark that has lingered since the conclusion of the Skywalker saga. The parents had been seen and been played by Jodie Comer and Billy Howle. So we now know what to call them!
The novel Star Wars: Shadow of the Sith will be released on June 28th.
