Since taking power in Afghanistan on Aug. 15, many Taliban dissidents have appeared in public in Kabul, but from the supreme leader of the fundamentalist movement, Hibatullah Akhundzada, it wasn’t until this Sunday (29) that he is in Kandahar.
“I can tell you he’s in Kandahar. It has been (there) from the beginning,” said Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid.
