“The main objective is the promotion of the tiramisu within the environment of competition and Italian gastronomy, as well as how to give it a greater reach via 3D printing”, he explained. The CEO of the company, Emilio Sepulveda, told Efe.
After several experiments in which recipes from chefs from around the world were tested, this Tuesday the tiramisu was printed in the northern city of Treviso. World Cup winner, devised by the Italian pastry chef Stefano Serafini.
