The digital document allows travel from today through the 27 countries of the EU and four countries that joined the initiative (Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
The health certificate adopted by the countries of the European Union (EU)
takes effect today in hopes of reviving travel and relaunching tourism, despite threats of a “brake” by the spread of the Delta variant of the coronavirus.
