It has been imposed on 18 other national games and will compete in an event framed in Gamescom.
We already have a Spanish representative in the second edition of the contest EuroPlay Video Games Contest, a contest in which the best indie video games in Europe will try to win the award for the best proposal in the sector. Spain will seek to repeat success after winning the first edition with Melbits Pod.
It is a contest to discover hidden European talentsThe contest will take place on August 26 during Gamescom and there will be 15 candidates to seize the throne in the old continent. The Occultist, developed by Pentakill Studios, has previously been classified in a contest with a jury organized by DEV in which it has prevailed among 18 candidates.
The Occultist is a first-person game in which exploration and puzzle solving will be vital to continue, in an adventure that promises mystery and the occasional scare. If everything goes according to plan, it will arrive in 2023. The goal of the event is the opportunity to connect the finalists with publishers, investors and the media. For this, the finalist studies will be invited to participate in an exclusive virtual exhibition on August 18.
