A Russian woman who has visited Cyprus complained about the “luxurious but boring” beaches and called an alternative to a relaxed vacation. The girl’s review was published by the portal “The subtleties of tourism”…
According to her, on the third vacation, she decided to diversify the trip and went on a trip to local villages.
First of all, she visited the village of winemakers Omodos, located on the slope of the Troodos mountains, and called it a very colorful place. “Narrow streets, taverns and flower pots. There is even a small museum of everyday life and the history of wine production, ”she said.
Another settlement included in the route is the village of Lefkara, famous for lace and silverware. At the same time, the girl noted that due to the large number of tourists, the sellers were intrusive, and the food in the taverns was too expensive.
