The Ninth Guarantee Court of Santiago ordered preventive detention for 10 of the 22 detainees who are accused of being a gang dedicated to millionaire robberies in the Metropolitan region.
Among the 10 who were left with The most burdensome precautionary measure included the two police officers who were discharged, Gabriel Vega and Francisco Parra.

It is worth mentioning that 10 other detainees were placed under house arrest at night; one with full house arrest; and one without precautionary measures. This is due to the little participation that they would have had, according to the investigation of the Public Ministry.
One of the most important robberies that they are accused of, was the one that affected the Los Héroes Compensation Fund, an opportunity in which they stole $923,000,000 in cash.
