Records show a man parked outside the business and entered it, then left and got back into his car.
When backing your vehicle, you did not notice the presence of the 76 and 77-year-old victims, who were going to a doctor’s office. Both were run over and the driver fled without providing help.
This was indicated by a neighbor.
Both affected were referred to the Hospital El Carmen, while the uniformed police worked to find the whereabouts of the driver.
