The authority added that health personnel returned to the company’s facilities, to intensify the control and verify the safe removal of the grains that were fermenting stored in large bags in the open air, in direct contact with the earth and humidity .
In addition, the inspectors reviewed an area where grains are stored under plastic sleeves, which would also have generated the odors perceived by the inhabitants of Victoria.
