The Loki series is a hit in Disney Plus and fans cannot stop commenting on the events of the fifth chapter on social media. We not only saw the ‘God of Deception’ outwitting death again, but also several of its variants fighting for their survival in the Void.
In the new episode, the protagonist was taken to the base where his peers took refuge from the monster Alioth. In those minutes, the most attentive fans could notice Thor’s surprise cameo. However, it was not the same one we met in the MCU but his frog version.

This incarnation debuted in the Thor # 364 comic and has been one of the funniest versions of the ‘God of Thunder’ throughout the years. Luckily for the fans, we may not know how he got into the Void and got trapped in the bottle underground, since his appearance was only a cameo.

Thor frog and Throg are two different characters although they have a very similar appearance. Actually, the second is a human turned amphibian and his name was Simon Walterson in honor of his creator.

As we saw in the fifth chapter, Loki and Sylvie did not let the Void become their grave, so they decided to face Alioth. This powerful entity feeds on temporal energy and on any person or object that travels through time.
Once they have mastered it, a path is opened to an unknown kingdom where a great castle can be seen. Some fans highlighted the similarity with Latveria, nation of Doom, but many more pointed out that it would be Chronopolis, The home of Kang the ‘Conqueror’.
