The presence of a toxic substance in Alexei Navalny’s samples was confirmed by three independent laboratories, the German government said on Monday, September 14, reports Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
“The German government, together with France and Sweden, asked other European partners to conduct an independent re-verification of Germany’s conclusions based on new samples by Navalny. The results of this test, carried out by special laboratories in France and Sweden, are available and they confirm the data of Germany, ”the statement says.
In this regard, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has launched a process to verify the samples taken from Navalny.
“Regardless of the current research of the OPCW, three laboratories in parallel have confirmed that the cause of Navalny’s poisoning was a nerve agent from the Novichok group,” the Federal Republic of Germany stressed.
