San Francisco was named the best city in the world, according to Time Out, a global media company. The survey covers events, entertainment and culture in cities around the world, and interviewed 27,000 inhabitants to define the list of the best cities on the planet.
The nightlife, restaurants, sense of community and cultural highlights of each were also considered, as well as environmental initiatives and general friendliness.
