A debut with a bang for the live-action film by Tokyo Revengers, which in the first week of its life in Japanese cinemas has positioned itself in first place, breaking away further 500,000 tickets.
Really a very good milestone for a film that did not have an easy life: its debut in Japanese cinemas was originally set for October 2020, but was then postponed to 2021 due to the increase in cases from COVID-19. Fortunately he managed to successfully debut the July 9.
Born as a manga series by Ken Wakui, Tokyo Revengers has seen its success triple thanks to the anime adaptation currently in progress, available for free and legal viewing with subtitles also in Italian on the platform Crunchyroll.
