2021 TV Bonus: 100 million euros allocated to help 1 million families to purchase a new TV or decoder compatible with the DVBT-2 standard of digital terrestrial
Not long before the transition to the new DVBT-2 digital terrestrial standard, which will bring not only a better quality of vision but also a series of additional services for users. It’s clash though on the roadmap for the switch off. In theory, the transition to the new technology should start, according to the roadmap, on 1 September in Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano but could slip with high probability in mid-October.
