In theory, the transition to the new technology should start, according to the roadmap, on 1 September in Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano but could slip with high probability in mid-October.
