A minor under the age of 14 died this afternoon in a train accident that occurred near Villa Portal de la Luna, in San Nicolás, Ñuble region.
In this section, between Chillán and San Carlos, there is an unregulated pedestrian and vehicular crossing to access this same portal.
It was in that place where the young man tried to cross with a bicycle in his hands, but it got stuck. In his attempt to get her out, he did not notice the train that came from Santiago.
