The fourth trial of Roger-Samir Kouider, judged for the murder of a man committed at Avignon (Vaucluse) on December 28, 2013, turned short. This Wednesday, the morning of the second day, the accused finally expressed before the Assize Court of Bouches-du-Rhône his will; to withdraw his appeal, reports Le Dauphiné released. The civil parties have accepted which puts an end to the legal procedure.

Roger-Samir Kouider is therefore definitively condemned; to 30 years of criminal imprisonment, the sentence pronounced during the three previous trials before the courts of assizes of Vaucluse, Gard and Hérault.
