The gendarmes followed him to the trace. An armed man has been arrested Wednesday afternoon at; Challans, in the north of Vendée, after a chase lasting several hours over about twenty kilometers. The concern of the authorities began around noon when an individual threatening to relatives is reported; in possession of a gun in the town of La Barre-de-Monts. About fifty gendarmes were then mobilized to intercept him, reports Ouest-France.
But the suspect, aged about thirty years old, manages to continue on your way through Saint-Gervais and Sallertaine.
