According to what was reported by CHV news, the event occurred after the affected person -who was using crutches- complained for the delay in receiving care, who demanded the return of his money, since he had to go to work.

Likewise, the attack carried out by the doctor was recorded by a security camera at the facility.
In it, the aggressor is observed approaching the victim from behind, at which point he begins to hit him with his fist and feet.

“Lo began to kick one way and combos in the head until saying enough. I couldn’t find what to do to defend him, I fished out my backpack and grabbed him with my backpacks,” said Jaqueline Herrera, wife of the assaulted man.
From the Police, Major Dante Cifuentes, commissioner of the Second Talcahuano Police Station , he specified to BioBioChile that police personnel went to the health facility, indicating that in that place “two subjects proceeded to discuss, to later attack each other due to certain differences that they maintained in this center doctor”.
In this sense, Cifuentes added that after what happened both people were arrested, being transferred to a police unit and later referred to verify injuries >, being released pending the summons of the Public Ministry.
For his part, Dr. Hans Munzenmayer, administrator of the Aníbal Pinto Medical Center, said that what happened “is something that we do not share I want to affirm that the provider has already been terminated , we have given all our support to the family”.
