The plaintiff lawyer in the case for the death of Valentina González, assured that the Investigative Police did not deliver all the records raised in the motel where the death of the young professional in Quintero occurred.
The lawyer representing the family of Valentina González assured that the Investigative Police did not deliver all the videos collected at the Quintero motel where the 27-year-old girl died.
She also confirmed that they received a histological report of the victim, which reveals that the lawyer’s body had dilated bronchi, liver within normal limits, moderate vascular congestion, brain tissue with hemorrhage and muscle tissue with hemorrhage.
For surgeon Luis Ravanal, a master’s in Forensic Medicine who was consulted on the case, this information is partial and must be supplemented with other documents, such as the toxicology report.

In parallel, the plaintiff attorney Cynthia Pérez, who represents Valentina’s family, questioned that although the Valparaíso Investigative Police made a chronological report of the more than 600 security cameras collected in the motel where the death occurred, < strong>did not deliver all the audiovisual records.
“There are no videos between 9 and 11 in the morning, videos that were collected by the Homicide Squad in its report, but that were not delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office and not to this party (plaintiff”, accused.
The missing videos correspond to the motel parking lot,which -according to the complainant- should be forwarded by the civil police.
Subprefect Rodrigo Muñoz, head of the Valparaíso Homicide Brigade, avoided referring to that particular instruction, arguing that there are proceedings in progress.
Valentina González’s family is also waiting to hear the testimonies of the people who entered the so-called “site of the event” after knowing the death of the victim, among which is a magistrate who is part of the Judicial Power.
