The typical “Moscow summer” will come to the Russian capital on Thursday, 22 July. The air temperature will drop to 20 degrees Celsius, and the return of anomalous heat is not expected in the near future. This was announced on Monday, July 19, by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand.
According to him, on Thursday, the capital will receive “pronounced northern winds, and the temperature (will drop. – Ed) to 20-24 degrees.”

At the same time, Vilfand noted that a fairly high air temperature is expected in the capital by Thursday. According to the Hydrometeorological Center, 27-29 degrees of heat are forecasted on Monday afternoon, 25-27 degrees on Tuesday, and 24-26 degrees above zero on Wednesday.

Wilfand added that the return of the abnormal heat is not expected until at least the middle of next week.
