This is suggested by an Instagram ‘story’ from Xbox Italia.
The feature FPS Boost of Xbox Series X / S may be available soon on Dark Souls 3 and other titles, according to what a user shared on Twitter.
Specifically, the user spotted an Instagram story of Xbox Italy, reported again by Nibel, which suggests the arrival of technology for other backward compatible titles.
The story is no longer available at the moment, but Nibel shared a screenshot on Twitter that you can see below.

If this is the case, it means that Dark Souls 3 and, most likely, other backward compatible games, will soon receive the performance boost that increases the frame rate.
