BUZz With nearly 112 million subscribers, MrBeast has surpassed PewDiePie by several thousand fans

PewDiePie is no longer the number one content creator on YouTube. The Swedish influencer, who has been squatting in the top spot since 2013, loses a rank to MrBeast; according to the latest score from Dexerto. The specialized site has published on Monday a video showing the moment when MrBeast’s counter skyrockets to overtake PewDiePie’s subscriber count.
That day, the American content creator exceeded the 111,851,893 subscribers on its main channel. He is ahead of his Swedish counterpart, who made a name for himself by filming his video game games, by several thousand fans. The following day, on Twitter, YouTube congratulated the one that brings in the most subscribers to; the video platform with a simple “congrats@MrBeast”.

MrBeast had fun the alignment of the digits. “What are the chances that I randomly open YouTube? 111,111,111 subscribers to; 11:11 p.m. exactly on November 11?”, the American wrote on Twitter. A little later, he indicated that he had bought 1,111 lottery tickets, imagining he was going to win.
