It’s been coming up to two years (20 months) since the 40-odd members of 41 Club Nerja have been able to meet up for a club, social gathering.
Club members come from nine different countries so the pandemic made such a gathering impossible up till now. This hasn’t stopped them from keeping in contact via social media such as WhatsApp and Zoom.
Now, with travel restrictions being rolled back, a chance of a club renunion is on the cards. In the meantime, the club’s improving its website and set up a new Facebook account, all with the idea of recruiting more members.
The Club Chairman, Peter MacLeod, has invited any past members of the Round Table, from anywhere in the world, who may have visited or lived in the Nerja / Axarquía area to get in touch.
