The Mazarrón rider started from 22nd place and despite not being able to fight for the podium, he managed to add 5 more points to his advantage over Sergio García.
It couldn’t be for Pedro Acosta. The ‘Shark of Mazarrón’ had to settle this Sunday with a
11th place in the British Grand Prix contested at the Silverstone circuit. Although he managed to come back from
position 22, he did not have enough pace to fight for the podium. However, he has managed to score points, unlike his immediate chaser in the standings, Sergio García, so his position as Moto3 leader remains intact.
