The aromatic oils of eucalyptus, tea tree and other viruses possess killing properties. In an interview with radio Sputnik told aromatherapist Galina Kolosova.
As informs MedikForum, Kolosov has noticed that the prevention of viral infections, all can be pine oil, tea tree oil, eucalyptus, citrus. Also among these expert mineral oils – products of lavender, mint.
“Lemon oil strengthens the immune system, affects the blood vessels. Peppermint oil has a good antibacterial effect. Lavender to treat skin diseases, relaxes and helps to sleep. Tea tree oil can heal wounds,” said on their inherent properties aromatherapist.
According to Kolosova, the most effective way to use a virus killing oil is a bath in which you add 5-7 drops. The oil must be combined with the emulsifier, for example, you can use heavy cream, sour cream.
“Lamps do not give much effect, oil is simply burnt,” — said the expert.
