At least 11 civilians killed after Russian attacks in Lugansk region
Ukraine confirmed that at least 11 civilians were killed in the Lugansk region, where Severodonetsk is located, the nearby town of Donetsk on which Russia has focused its fierce offensive at the moment.< /p>
Luhansk Regional Governor Sergiy Gaiday said in an interview posted online thatinvading forces had captured most of Severodonetsk, but were being pushed back by Ukrainian forces.

“The Russian military, as we understand, is pouring all its power, all its reserves in this direction,” Gaiday said.
The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky said that “the situation in Severodonetsk, wherestreet clashes continue, it remains extremely difficult”, as well as in other cities in the Donbass region.
