At least 11 civilians killed after Russian attacks in Lugansk region
Ukraine confirmed that at least 11 civilians were killed in the Lugansk region, where Severodonetsk is located, the nearby town of Donetsk on which Russia has focused its fierce offensive at the moment.< /p>
Luhansk Regional Governor Sergiy Gaiday said in an interview posted online thatinvading forces had captured most of Severodonetsk, but were being pushed back by Ukrainian forces.

Ukraine also reported two victims of a Russian missile attack on Odessa in the southwest, without specifying whether they were killed or wounded.
The Russian Defense Ministry said it had struck a “deployment point for foreign mercenaries” in the town of Dachne in the Odessa region.
He also claimed a missile attack in the northeastern region of Sumy in a center artillery training with “foreign instructors”.
