The Andausian Health Service is going all out in Axarquia providing jabs for all those that turn up, born between 1952 and 1981.
Málaga might be one of the worse hurt provinces in Andalucía by the Delta Variant but it is not from a lack of vaccinations because the province already has 50% of the population vaccinated with complete dosage.
This vaccination drive is not only for residents of those two towns but rather locals from all these following municipalities: Alcaucín, Alfarnate, Alfarnatejo, Algarrobo, Almáchar, Árchez, Arenas, Benamargosa, Benamocarra, El Borge, Canillas de Aceituno, Canillas de Albaida, Casabermeja, Colmenar, Comares, Competa, Cútar, Frigiliana, Iznate, La Viñuela, Nerja, Periana, Riogordo, Salares, Sayalonga, Sedella, Torrox and Vélez-Málaga.
The supply of vaccines is not limitless so the sooner you get there the better the chances are that you will get your jab. In fact, Vélez-Málaga will have a stock of 600 vaccines and Nerja 400.
