For her part, the Executive Vice President of the Chilean Federation of Tourism Companies, Helen Kouyoumdjian, condemned the attack on the Nahuelbuta National Park, stating that this demonstrates the lack of worker safety.
The attack was carried out by a group of about eight hooded persons, who arrived at the scene with firearms through the Gates sector, there they fired intimidating shots and forced two park rangers who were in a local house to leave.
