In Italy today, Sunday 5 September 2021, they were registered 5,315 new cases of Covid-19 and 49 deaths of people infected with the virus. Yesterday 6,157 new infections and 56 deaths were reported. There was a slight increase in both ordinary hospitalizations and intensive care.
